• Assign a dedicated customer Service representative who will be dedicated specifically to your account to respond to all of your customer service requests
• Provide immediate status on any court filing upon requests
• Provide immediate status on any service of process upon requests
• Provide copies of any conformed court filing upon request
• Provide copies of any completed service of process notes upon request
• Provide copy of conformed proof of service upon request
• Respond to any accounting service requests
