When we received the signed documents back we will:

• Have the court issue the Writ
• Retain the original Writ
• Open a EWO/Bank levy with the sheriff office and obtain levy number
• Serve the EWO or Bank Levy
• Serve the EWO or Bank Levy

The recoverable costs listed in 1a. (1) through (9) listed in the Memorandum of Costs after Judgment (MC-012) can be automatically calculated and included in the above documents if request by the client.
